8 week program with mentoring and online community support and development
Create Community through Creative Practices:
Create a new approach for supporting ourselves and others through struggle (weeks 1-2)
Develop creative team practices for innovation and change (weeks 3-4)
Learn tools for navigating others through the trauma of change and uncertainty (weeks 5-6)
Explore creative tactics for uplifting our communities, families and ourselves (weeks 7-8)
Online Community Support and Development:
Share ideas and approaches with fellow creatives
Develop new opportunities through collaborations
Learn what others are doing with their teams, families and self care practices
Meet virtually with other leaders and creatives. During this 8 week program we develop our self care practices for uncertain times and learn innovative approaches for leading others through struggle. Communication and connection will be our challenges as leaders. Now is the time to prepare and think outside the box and outside of our comfort zone. Creativity is the most accessible tool for change and we are all wading through the struggle of letting go. Learn the art of letting go and leading others as we model these powerful practices.
