  • 2 hour workshops offer fun activities using art making or music making as a socially engaging experience.

  • 3 hour team building workshops create customizable sessions designed for getting your group “out of their comfort zone” using creative expression modules proven to lower stress and anxiety while deepening connection within the group dynamic.

  • 1-5 day Creative Rhythms Retreats: Immerse yourself within the creative energies: Let go of your inner critique, Discovery your creative rhythms, explore the creative spirit within and enjoy sound healing sessions with guided imagery.

OBJECTIVES
